Identities of patients are not disclosed for confidentiality (HIPAA Law). Interns are encouraged to actively participate in these discussions.

Rotating physicians are assigned clinical topics to be prepared and presented. These include a broad ranges of topics related to medicine and its allied specialties.

Medical students are required to observe and actively participate in the session.
