Chiraghdin Community Health Center, over the span of one year, has established itself as one of the most trusted medical centers for the people of Sialkot and surrounding areas. This centre provides advanced quality services including free consultation from experienced and expert doctors, medicines, lab tests, and vaccinations for children and adults. The facility also houses a community hall that provides patient education and counseling regarding infectious diseases.

Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Foundation celebrated the 1st anniversary of Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot.
The Members Board of Trustees of Chiraghdin Foundation, and the project team visited the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot led by M. Sameer Shafi, MD (Chairman, Infection Prevention and Control Foundation)
